Project Overview

The AI Chatbot SaaS is a modern web application enabling business owners to train custom AI support bots on their company documentation. Modern customers expect 24/7 instant support, but hiring human support agents is expensive. This SaaS allows companies to upload PDFs, FAQs, or raw text and deploy custom trained widgets on their site in minutes.

ChatGPT & Core Tech Stack

The platform leverages the OpenAI GPT-4 API, using python-based vector embeddings for PDF document analysis and a backend driven by Laravel PHP and MySQL. The user-facing dashboard is designed with React, providing real-time chat widgets, custom bot training status logs, and usage analytics graphs.

Training & Embedding Engine

When a user uploads a PDF document, the application splits the text, generates vector embeddings, and stores them in a highly optimized vector store. The backend PHP server queries these embeddings to inject relevant context into the OpenAI chat prompts, guaranteeing that the bot answers queries accurately using only the company's uploaded knowledge bases.

Subscription & Widget Customization

To monetize the platform, we integrated Stripe Subscriptions, supporting tiered billing plans based on message counts and bot creation limits. The client-side widget is customizable via an interactive panel, allowing users to adjust colors, logos, and chatbot greeting texts to match their corporate branding guidelines.

UX Performance & SEO Audit

The widget script is optimized to load asynchronously, ensuring zero impact on the host website's loading speed. The landing page is engineered with premium aesthetics, responsive cards, and clean typography. The page structures use optimized header tagging and keywords to capture high-value organic traffic in the AI chatbot sector.
