Project Overview

Our Project Management Tool is a multi-tenant SaaS application built to facilitate seamless task tracking and sprint planning for distributed teams. Standard project boards often feel clunky and lack granular permission controls. This platform solves those issues by offering an interactive workflow layout with customizable lists, drag-and-drop boards, and automated team notifications.

Modern Javascript & Custom PHP Backend

The app is developed using React for the interactive board UI and Core PHP paired with MySQL for the high-concurrency data storage layer. We utilized Javascript to handle real-time board updates and drag-and-drop event handlers. The database uses optimized foreign keys and transaction logs to manage millions of task transitions safely, ensuring absolute data integrity.

Permissions & Tenant Isolation

Security is paramount in multi-tenant SaaS applications. The database uses strict tenant isolation keys ensuring that no client data can cross-contaminate. We implemented granular role-based access control (RBAC), allowing workspace administrators to set custom view and edit limits for guests, developers, and project leads.

Notification Engine & Integrations

We built a customized notification queue that pushes updates to developers. Using webhook APIs, team members receive instant alerts via Slack and email when they are mentioned or assigned new tasks. We also integrated time tracking sheets that export cleanly to CSV and PDF formats for simplified client billing.

Visual Excellence & SEO Optimization

The interface features a beautiful minimalist layout, soft gradients, and interactive hover feedback. Code files are structured cleanly, using meta titles, descriptions, and descriptive image alt tags to rank highly in organic search queries related to SaaS product management tools.
